One of the greatest advantages of our technology is speed. Thanks to our American lightweight-structure experience, a full-sized house can be completed in as little as 3 months. This is incomparably faster than traditional masonry construction methods.

Our hybrid construction method is financially around 20% cheaper than building with masonry. This cost efficiency comes from fast construction and the optimal use of materials.

Excellent! The houses are perfectly insulated thanks to the fusion of the lightweight-structure base and thick log cladding. Our homes can achieve an “AA+” energy rating, and based on our clients’ experience, due to the natural phase shift of wood, even in 40°C heat, air conditioning only becomes necessary after several days.
